Sleep Tracker inaccurate

My sleep tracker is recording too many hours this week. If I sleep for 7 hours, it will show as if I slept 13. It's been doing that all week...any tips?

Which tracker are you currently using? Since when did you start experiencing this issue? In this particular case I would like to suggest you to go to the sleep section on your online Dashboard. Check if your sleep logs show the correct hours and if they do, please try the following on the Fitbit app:

 

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. 
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
