I have a Charge HR that I'm trying to setup. When I get to the update now step I keep getting the error bad request 400 message. I have read many of these forums and I have logged out of my account, reset my Charge HR and restarted my phone. I am out of options. Please help.

It's great to see you here @BigLefty29. I am sorry to hear you are receiving a “400 error” when attempting to set up your Charge HR. I recommend making sure that your iOS Fitbit app is Updated to the latest version. Then, attempt setup again.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Hi @BigLefty29, I think I can help! I'd recommend the following steps:

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Use the replacement setup process to pair your tracker to your already existing Fitbit account.

If for some reason the steps above don't help, I'd then recommend trying to setup your tracker using Fitbit Connect via a computer. If you setup your tracker on a computer, you will still be able to sync your tracker using the Fitbit App. Replacement setup instructions for a computer is in the same setup link in step 4.

Keep me posted if you need any additional help!
