Fitbit won't stay connected to iPad with Bluetooth

I'm having trouble connecting my Fitbit to iPad. It connects fine to my iPhone, and I went through the process of setting it up on iPad. It was working for a while, then stopped. Now it won't connect at all. I've turned Bluetooth off and on, turned iPad off and on. Turned iPhone Bluetooth off to see if it was getting confused. Nothing seems to work, and it won't sync without it.

Hi @Catrancher,

What's important to note is that once your tracker is set up to your Fitbit account, you do not need to set it up a second time to sync with a different mobile device. You also do not need a second Bluetooth bond to sync your tracker either.

All you need to do to sync with a second mobile device is log into your Fitbit account via the Fitbit App.

If you've done all of the above and are still having trouble syncing to a second mobile device, I would then recommend the troubleshoots mentioned here.

Hope this helps!

It seems as if it's syncing on its own schedule. When I open the app, it
just says "looking" and searches for a long time. Eventually, I look at it
again, and it's synced, but after I gave up waiting on it. When I look at
the bluetooth menu on the device, it says the Fitbit is not connected. Not
sure it matters that much since it's working fine on the phone.
