Anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to resolve this.
I'd be grateful for any advice. Many thanks.

I've seen some posts where this was resolved by logging out of the app and then logging back in. Doesn't seem to work for everyone but worth a try.

It's nice to see our Community is growing @SallySm! Welcome my friend! I noticed @SteveH provided you with a great suggestion to help you resolve your issue. I'd like to know if you have the iOS Fitbit App updated to the latest version? Also, you can try the following:
- Lgging out and logging back in again.
- Deleting other bluetooth connections
- Pushing the button constantly and then you'll receive a message saying your tracker needs to be charge so plug it into the charging cable and then try to set it up again.
Hope this works, let me know the outcome!
