I've won 2 challenges but my badges aren't showing up?  Anyone having that issue?

It's nice to see you around the forums @Legz76I moved your post to the iOS board as there are more chances for you to get an answer here to your inquiry since this is related to your badges!

Note that at this time, only steps from your tracker or MobileTrack count towards a challenge. That means manually logged activities and activities tracked through any third-party apps aren't included in your challenge total.

If you haven't manually added any steps, I'd recommend doing the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

Last but not least, just keep in mind that the challenge begins and ends in the challenge owner's time zone, so if you're in a different time zone than the challenge owner, you may notice that your challenge leaderboard stats do not always match your dashboard stats.

Give this a try and let me know if your badges show up!
