Unable to log in on Iphone 6

I bought a new charge 2 and downloaded the app for the first time on my iphone 6 last July 5 10pm Philippine time.

 

After the welcome page, I can go to the "Join Fitbit" page but that page is just loading and won't show the different types of fitbit devices. 

 

I can also go to the log in page but it won't log in after typing my email and password.

 

the app works fine on my Ipad so I was able to pair my charge 2 with that but I want it on my phone.

 

i've updated my ios to the most recent version, restarted my phone around 3 times, deleted and installed the app around 5 times but it still won't work.

If you're not able to log in to the Fitbit app on your phone, please go to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled, this is usually the cause many people are unable to log in.
