Barcode scanner

When I first activated my Charge 3 there was an easy to find and use barcode scanner which I no longer find anywhere Where is it located now and what does a food icon look like anyway There are a lot of + buttons around the app but none of them open a scanner I don’t see a food tile on this newest update Did you guys make that a premium option now Thank you very much Please give us simple directions to find the scanner in the LATEST update

@Pfmet   I don't use the barcode scanner much, but, yes, a previous version of the app had a quick shortcut to the scanner.

Food scanning isn't a premium feature, so please do the following to get your Food tile:

• Tap on the Discover icon on the bottom of your dashboard 
• Scroll down to Health & Fitness Stats
• Scroll down to Food, tap on it, then Add To Today
• Now your Food tile should be back on your Today screen
• Now tap on the + sign on the right to get to the Log Food page -- you must tap right on the + because if you are off a little bit, you will go to the Food page
• The scanner is in the upper right -- tap on it

Thank u LZeeW, I appreciate the response. I’m on Drs orders to gain weight. Keeping track of protein is my primary interest. And as many calories as possible. Found the scanner and log helpful.
