Hi!

is any one noticed that battery is drained at night with background activity from the app on IOS?

support said that this is because is monitoring the heart and the sleep, I understand, but was from 98% to 65% just used by Fitbit when I was sleeping...

Hello and welcome @SunsetRunner

I see you have a battery drain issue/question. I’m wondering if you have all day sync enabled and if disabling that feature would help. Here’s how to check that:

open your Fitbit App

tap profile picture on upper left

scroll down and tap your Fitbit name (Located just below “My Family”)

now scroll down and disable “all day sync” if it is enabled

😃 Please let me know if this is the best answer to your battery drain issue. Keep me posted

Support just said that was a normal behavior because the tracker was monitoring the heart while I was sleeping....but you definitely solve the problem!

have a great day and thank you again!

Is there a way to prevent battery drain without disabling All day Sync? My other watches had it and I found it to be very useful and didn't drain.
