Hello all I have notice that my Fitbit reports example 16% battery life and the app shows 20% battery life. I have done all the restarts reboots delete and reinstall of the app and software. I’m in the latest iOS app and latest firmware on Fitbit anyone else have this problem

Yes, Versa here. I get battery low warning from app so Versa is syncing, but battery % does not update in app, even after a forced resync. If you close and restart the app it will update to the correct % though without need of a sync.
So looks to be a new app display issue, nothing to do with watch or sync.
I have also posted this and tried all the remedies as per Fitbit with no luck. I think it might be an app issue. Hopefully next update will fix this.
good luck
Sine the last update Sense battery status does not sync to app when syncing the app.

Hi @Lakeeffect - this may be related to a recent update of the Fitbit app. Look on here for others reporting the same issue, particularly on iOS.

That problem has been reported to development. You're not the only one experiencing it.
Best AnswerI have restarted the sense and the phone and it doesn’t matter the charge on the app doesn’t change. It is one thing after another with this thing. I am about done with Fitbit if they can’t get the bugs worked out preferably before they sell it. I have had 3 other fit bits and never had the issues I do with this. How do o fix this. I have fully synced it multiple times.
Best Answerclose the app, and then reopen.
Best AnswerIt corrects this however only temporary in my case, as it does when signing out/in from my account as I did yesterday, today however the battery levels are not synching again … must be a glitch in the App

Thank you I did that several times to no avail. I finally removed the sense from my phone/ app and then set it up again and it is working for the time being. I am sad that I had such great expectations for the sense and have had positive experiences with other fitbit devices. It seems it is one thing after another with this one
I am using iPhone with IOS 15.2 and App 3.52.1. My Charge 4 when syncing does not update the Battery %. If I Close the app then restart, the % updates. If I log out the Log in the Battery % updates.
These updates are single only. Then resync without closing the app does not further update the Battery Status.
When I sync my fit bit app the battery power shows 21% .... when I go to the next page for battery power it shows fully charged (which should be correct.... When I plug it in to the charger it shows 97% which should be correct as well... so??? Anyone else have this problem???
