I know this has been discussed many times but the battery life on my new Charge 5 is horrible! It basically makes my Charge 5 almost unusable. I can’t get through 24 hours without charging it. It’s about as bad as my Apple Watch. I have all the settings reduced as suggested (dim, no on device gps, etc). Does Fitbit plan on fixing this issue or if it’s a hardware issue then doing something to compensate owners? If not it’s unlikely I will be a Fitbit purchasers again. I know I’m one user and my boycott won’t matter to Fitbit but it just makes the product almost useless.

@Detective31 - have you tried restarting your Charge 5? Instructions are here. Otherwise I suggest contacting Fitbit Support?
