Hey @Abjmom welcome to the Community! I think you have the Flex on sleep mode, try to tap your Flex rapidly for one to two seconds until it vibrates. It will flash all five LED lights three times and show a brief spinning light pattern to confirm that sleep mode is off. If that is not the issue, try to restart your tracker and after that set it up as a new Fitbit device.
