My fitbit is reading the incorrect time and date so my alarm goes off at the wrong time. The all day sync keeps turning off. Ive reset everything and turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on and nothing had worked. Called fitbit 3 times already nothing

I had the same problem. After much research this worked:

1. plug your fitbit power cord into your fitbit

2. hold the button for about 2 seconds and then keep holding the button while you remove the power cord

3. after 10 seconds release the button for 2 seconds and then press down again. The Alt screen might show, and then a full lit screen or and error nummber. I had to repeat this whole process about 3 or 4 times until eventually the 'Erase' screen came up and all data on the fitbit was re-set to 0

4. Log into the fitbit app (I have it installed on Windows 10), and set up a new device

5. Once your fitbit is discovered do a Sync (you might have to remove the bluetooth dongle and then re-insert and make sure bluetooth is connected).

A lot of mucking around, but eventually worked! - good luck
