Hi @Jllewellyn, I can definitely help you out! I'd recommend:
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Turn your iOS device's Bluetooth off for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
4. Use the "Replacing a Tracker..." instructions to pair your tracker to your Fitbit account.
If you still run into trouble setting up your tracker with your iOS device, you also have the option to pair your tracker using Fitbit Connect on your computer too. Your Charge HR will sync to your iOS device regardless of how it is set up.
Hope this helps you out!

@Jllewellyn Very weird. Does logging out of the Fitbit App and then logging back in before you set up your tracker help?
Also, are you able to setup your tracker using a computer or a different mobile device? Regardless of how you setup your tracker, you will be able to sync your tracker with your iPad Air 2 afterwards. Instructions for a computer setup are in the same link that I provided in my above.
