Why does the battery not last for more than a week? I have to put in a new one all the time.

Hi @Anlima. In order to help you, I would ask that you answer a couple questions first. 

  1. Which Fitbit device do you have?
  2. Where are you replacing the battery and how exactly are you putting in a new one?
