[Bedtime Reminder not working] Fitbit application says “Notifications are Turned Off for Fitbit”

TL;DR: Fitbit App says “Notifications are turned off for “Fitbit”” when in fact it is open on phone settings. Any advice?? (iPhone XR)

I recently got a Charge 4 after my Charge 2 stopped working. On my old Fitbit, I would get a bedtime reminder on my phone and tracker. I didn’t get one on my Charge 4 though, so I decided to toy around the app.

Thinking it was a glitch, I decided to turn off the “Bedtime Reminder” in the app and switch it on again. When I tried to do it though, the app says “Notifications are turned off for “Fitbit”; You can turn on notifications for this app in Settings.” When I go to my settings,  the notifications are set to open. I tried resetting and updating, and so far nothing.

Is this a common problem? If it helps, I just updated my app, and I’m on an iPhone XR!

Hello @AHTS_1997

Try to disable "Allow Notifications" in the fitbit settings on your phone then restart your phone, go back to Fitbit notifications on your phone and enable it again to reset them. Then try to enable Bedtime Reminders.
