Hi All,
I'm experiencing a bug where my Versa 2 goes back in time and reduces my step count for the day. I have screen shots showing, for instance, that at 3PM I have 12,000 steps while another screenshot shows that at 4PM that same day my step count reduced to 9,000. I have no idea why this is happening but seems to coincide with the last update which was around 3-4 weeks ago.
What's the best way to discuss and share my screenshots with a service rep?

The best way is to contact support in a email or with the Live chat feature so the bug can be fixed in a future update.
