Blank Screen

My screen went blank after updating the New Ionic update. Try rebooting and still blank. I’ll feel the vibration if I get a text but noting will appear. Anyone else with this issue and have any suggestions?

Welcome 😃 I see your Ionic is currently not functioning the way it should. I really think you should restart your Fitbit. 
Here’s how:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Im sorry you still having trouble. I would try the restart several times. If that still doesn’t resolve the issue I suggest contacting Fitbit customer service. You can find way to contact them here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB
