I need to update my Blaze so that it will sync with my iPhone. I can't use the app because my Blaze won't sync and I can't find my Bluetooth dogle. Is there anything I can do besides buying a new Blaze?

Since when have you experienced this issue? Is your app updated? Have you updated the iOS version on your phone as well? If so, I would like to suggest the following:
If this doesn't seem to work, let's try adding your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between your tracker and your phone. Don't worry, this won't delete any of the information previously stored in your account.
