My blaze seems to have stopped syncing to my IPhone 6S (IOS 10.3.3) on 8/18, it was weird though. It wouldn't track my sleep (but would show my current heartrate) and when I try to manually sync the application I would only get "connected" in the ap. The application would show me steps for the day and my current heartrate though. I have tried cycling power on my phone, my blaze, turning on/off the Bluetooth. Now my application will no longer track anything, no sleep, no heartrate, no steps, battery status, nothing. Blaze seems to be tracking heartrate, steps, etc. correctly still.

Hello @HammerTime50. thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate you have already tried some troubleshooting steps in hopes to resolve this issue. At this moment, my best recommendation would be setting your tracker as a new device in order to reset the connection between your tracker and your phone.
In order to set up your tracker as a new device:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Marco, the four digit number came up on my fitbit Blaze, I entered it into my IPhone app and it seemed to pair to the device. It doesn't track the active minutes or sleep on my IPhone app, but does sync the floors, miles, cals, heart rate and steps.

Hello @HammerTime50, thanks for taking the time to reply, I hope you're having a great day.
At this point I would like to suggest you to restart your Blaze by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then try to sync your tracker again and monitor it for the next 24 hours.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.

Marco, I was able to reset the watch by holding the left button and lower right button. Still the same issues:
Tracks steps, floors, miles, cals, current heart rate
Doesn't track battery life, exercise, sleep, steps per hour
I try to synch and the app only displays Blaze Connected.

Marco, I am also getting my texts messages on my phone, but my Blaze doesn't seem to fully sync to my IPhone ap. I believe it's an ap issue, but looking at the community posts I can't find anyone else with the same issue.

Removed the Blaze and connected it to my IPhone again this morning, I was able to get it to sync once. It will not connect again though, shows low battery on my phone even though I charged it this morning. Still tracking steps, floors, miles cals and heart rate. I am able to see texts on my Blaze as well. Just will not sync on a continuous basis. I think that it's an application issue, but I don't want to delete the ap and lose all my information.

Marco,
Fitbit has closed this and offered me a 25% off for a new Fitbit. They have decided that my tracker is out of warranty and no longer worth spending time troubleshooting the device. Thank you for your help, you have me more information to go on then the chat or the emails have. I am less than happy with my dealings, outside of with you, on this matter. My Blaze still works and tracks daily totals, so I will keep using it until it totally fails or the firmware/app gets fixed (I believe it's a firmware issue, but what do I know).

Hello @HammerTime50, thanks for replying. I'm sorry to hear your tracker is no longer in warranty and that our team was not able to troubleshoot with you. At this moment I don't have information of a new firmware update available for the Blaze but please keep an eye on future updates.
As always, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

The fix is here, I recently bought a new IPhone 8 and had to update my new phone to an older ITunes backup. I then had to update my apps and connect my Blaze to the new phone. Everything is working great today, no issue and syncs perfectly every time.
