Blaze not Syncing via Blue Tooth all the time

I have noticed a problem that happens through out the day with my Blaze.

There are times when the blue tooth is "not connected". I have an iPhone, an iPad and my computer. This started to happen sometime in mid-May and I am getting kind of annoyed because I check my steps throughout the day.

I have noticed that sometimes if the sync is not working on the iPhone, it will work on the iPad (that is until I updated the iPad). However, yesterday, I could not sync on my iPhone, iPad and my computer. It was telling me that there was a problem.

Please don't tell me it is due to my Fitbit not being charged (the battery is currently halfway down). And my phone, iPad and computer are on WiFi when I am at home or use my personal hot spot. So I am kind of confused why the apps are not always syncing the Blaze.

Please let me know what I can do (besides re-installing the app or restarting my Blaze) to correct this situation. Thank you.

It could be thatt you have too many devices setup to sync and they are too close together.
Your tracker is only able to connect to one device at a time. There seldom is any reason to sync through more than one device. As for how to fix, i woild say turn BT off on all but one device and tureen use that device to troubleshoot. Restart the tracker and this device. Here is a troubleshooting doc. http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866
You could also try and sync throgh the charging cable with the MAC

I have been talking to some of my friends in the new Work Week Hustle. Three of us have Blazes and we noticed this started after an update. Today a friend with the Charge HR has also noticed the problem. I have not had problems with the blue tooth of other items blocking the blue tooth of the Blaze prior to this problem. The only other item I have synced that uses blue tooth technology is my headphones.

My iPad has its own blue tooth and I do have a key board. I noticed that I do not have as many problems with syncing my Blaze. But I have also not done as many updates with the app on that devise.

By the way, I do not own a MAC. I am PC only at this time.
