Blaze not pairing correctly with iPhoneXR

I am hoping Fitbit is working on being able to connect the Blaze with the IPhone XR? I can sync with the app, but it won’t stay paired and I can’t get notifications on it at all.

I have the IPhone XS Max and the Charge 3 that I preordered and have been waiting on will not set up on my iPhone at all! It’ll sync but that’s as far as it goes before I get the error message. I’m loving the look of the Charge3 but it’s just a $170 paper weight if I can’t set it up on my IPad or IPhone! Please let me know if you figure out how to get yours to work!!! I may just return mine and get the Apple Watch instead!

Well, somehow, while playing with the phone and the Fitbit, it started working! I’m not sure what happened but.... oh well it works now!

Hello @Kebelval and @HisPunk, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. @Kebelval, thanks for taking the time to reply and let us know your issue has now been resolved, I'm very glad.

@HisPunk, if you're having trouble setting up your Charge 3, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the setup process.
  3. Restart Charge 3, then leave it plugged in and charging.
  4. If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet and try to set up again.
  5. If you can't set up after the reboot, remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone or tablet and try to set up the tracker one more time.

If you're still getting an error message when trying to set up your tracker, take a screenshot of it and reply to me with it. This will be very helpful.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, feel free to reply in case you need anything else.

How were you able to get it to sync? I can’t even get mine to sync right now, because it won’t pair.  It had in the past but somewhere some how it dropped the connection and now I can’t get it back to pair or sync. I also don’t get the notifications.

I am so sick of Fitbit, I am seriously considering a switch to an Apple Watch because I have had this just under 2 years and I have had bands break they replaced the first one ( within a year it broke) but the second one they refused. The second one ISN’t EVAN A YEAR OLD yet! And not it’s not working with my new phone! I am so irritated! I am just about ready to say screw it!
