Blaze not recognising exercise

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I worked out at the gym on Saturday and the blaze didn't pick up my exercise.

Then today (Wednesday) after setting up a run on my blaze and checking it was synced I went for a walk however when I got home and synced the blaze to my iPhone it hasn't recognised my walk.

It is still showing 6 of 5 days last week but not Saturday or today? No map for today at all.?

Hello @Cheriecurtis, have a warm welcome to the Community!

Have you experienced this issue before @Cheriecurtis? Also, have you tried to restart your tracker lately? If not, press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds. Then, perform an exercise and sync the Blaze with your phone to check if it's now being recognized.

Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

I have a similar problem with my Flex 2 though I worked out on Monday and Tuesday and it does not reflect on my exercise goals but I have worked out  Wednesday and Thursday  and that has been added. It seems it is not picking up my exercise on 2 days of the week, that being Monday and Tuesday.

NB: I did the same workout on Wednesday and Thursday that I did on Monday and Tuesday.

Hello @Madokais, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! Smiley Happy

If your exercises are not showing on the Fitbit app, it's possible the app is not updating the information correctly with our servers, in which case, please go to the Activity section on your online Dashboard and check if your exercises have been recorded here. If so, I would like to suggest the following:

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
