My Fitbit Blaze is about 2 years old. The last time I synced it was January of 2017. I recently got it back out and tried to sync it again with my iPhone 7 Plus, but every time I try to sync it with the app it can't find the Fitbit. The Fitbit itself won't actually turn on, it just flashes the Fitbit logo. I can't swipe at all on it. Is there any hope, or is it just old and burnt out?

You may need to do an update - click to learn how
If you have problems, do a restart of your device. Hold in the left button and the lower right button at the same time until the logo flashes.

Hi @Odyssey13,
I've tried updating it, I've tried restarting the device, I've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps that I can find online but nothing it working. The only thing that shows on the screen is the Fitbit logo.
Best Answer@haveumetlizsince it's been a while since you used the Fitbit, did you check to see if it needed an update?
Hi @Odyssey13,
It does need an update, but when I try to run the update it won't sync. The Fitbit logo still just flashes on the screen. So I tried the other troubleshooting ideas to get it to update, but nothing is working.
Best Answer@haveumetliz did you try a restart of it? Sometimes that gets it going.
