Why is it that my blaze will not sync with my iPhone?

There are many things that can stop a fitbit syncing. Try going through the troubleshooting steps in this guide:

Hello @George5150, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for your insight @SteveH, it's always a pleasure to see you around. 

 

@George5150, as @SteveH mentioned, please follow the instructions on the link he provided, in case your tracker is still unable to sync, my recommendation would be setting up your tracker as a new device. Don't worry, the information stored in your account won't get deleted.

 

To set up your tracker as a new device:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, check if your tracker if on the list of paired devices and if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
