Hi @Cardon, welcome on board. It's great to see a new face around!
Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze, and I'll help you to get it syncing. To investigate this situation, may I know if you see an error message on the Fitbit app? Are both, your iOS and Fitbit app updated to the latest version?
I'd also recommend to try the following steps:
- Remove the Blaze from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone and restart your Blaze.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon and Blaze image.
- Wait until it syncs, and then tap on notifications to pair it via Bluetooth.
Let me know how it goes.
