Blaze's battery stopped working

Purchased Fitbit blaze in December 2018 battery has already died still under warranty with Fitbit how do I get it replaced.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.

Regarding the battery issues that your Fitbit Blaze experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
