Hello @dee2606, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. ![]()
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that setting up your tracker should not be a lengthy process and if you're having trouble pairing up with your iPhone, I would like to suggest you the following:
Now, taken in consideration that it's not recommended to charge your tracker overnight. Fitbit devices take up to 2 hours to be fully charged, so I would like to suggest you to charge it for 1 to 2 hours and then you can wear it right away.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

is there an answer to the question: how long does it take to SET UP a charge 3 for the first time ? I thought that was the original question ... I've been sitting here (with progress being made) for over an hour and remain hopeful

How long does it take to set up a Fitbit Charge 3? I generally hate electronics, but was given one as a gift. I am trying to decide whether it is worth the time and effort to set it up or if I should leave it in the box to gather dust.

I've followed all these steps and now my Fitbit ionic won't even connect to my phone. It asked for the 4 digits to confirm during set up, now it just says connecting and is stuck like that.
