Hello @dee2606, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. ![]()
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that setting up your tracker should not be a lengthy process and if you're having trouble pairing up with your iPhone, I would like to suggest you the following:
Now, taken in consideration that it's not recommended to charge your tracker overnight. Fitbit devices take up to 2 hours to be fully charged, so I would like to suggest you to charge it for 1 to 2 hours and then you can wear it right away.
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

is there an answer to the question: how long does it take to SET UP a charge 3 for the first time ? I thought that was the original question ... I've been sitting here (with progress being made) for over an hour and remain hopeful
Best AnswerHow long does it take to set up a Fitbit Charge 3? I generally hate electronics, but was given one as a gift. I am trying to decide whether it is worth the time and effort to set it up or if I should leave it in the box to gather dust.

Best AnswerI've followed all these steps and now my Fitbit ionic won't even connect to my phone. It asked for the 4 digits to confirm during set up, now it just says connecting and is stuck like that.
