Hi, @beckyevan02 , can you be a little more specific about the problem you are having? It might help to know what Fitbit you are using and also what you are trying to select.
Are you setting up a device? Or trying to change a setting on your account?

Hi @beckyevan02, welcome to our Fitbit Community! As my friend @Julia_G mentioned, please provide more details about the issue that your Fitbit app is experiencing.
In the meantime, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app, log in and see if the issue gets fixed.
