I bought a Blaze yesterday at Target and both my iPhone and Mac cannot "find" it when trying to set it up. I've followed all the troubleshooting tips but it still will not set up. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thank you @Kmransom123 for your input. At this moment, my suggestion would be restarting your Blaze:
After restarting your tracker:
Then, try to setup your Blaze once again. In case your tracker is still having difficulties setting up, my best recommendations would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be happy to assist you further.
