My fit bit doesn't sync.  It starts to sync and then goes to waiting.  Then it goes back to sync and only syncs to the same place each time.

Hi @Ckg409 and welcome to the Community.

The following steps should help get your tracker syncing again to your iOS device:

1. Make sure that you are using the most current version of the Fitbit iOS App, version 2.29. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

2. Restart your tracker.

3. Reboot your iOS device.

4. Open your iOS settings > turn Bluetooth off for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

5. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

Keep me posted if you need any additional help.

Still is syncing. I had my phone forget the device and then reset and now it won't find the Fitbit. The app just sits and spins.

Hello @Ckg409, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

At this point, having tried @DerrickS's steps, I'd like to suggest trying to set up your tracker as a new device in your account to reset the connection between your devices.

To set it up:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Give it a try and if your phone is still unable to find your tracker, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track. Smiley Wink
