The following steps should help get your tracker syncing again to your iOS device:
1. Make sure that you are using the most current version of the Fitbit iOS App, version 2.29. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
3. Reboot your iOS device.
4. Open your iOS settings > turn Bluetooth off for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
5. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

At this point, having tried @DerrickS's steps, I'd like to suggest trying to set up your tracker as a new device in your account to reset the connection between your devices.
To set it up:
Give it a try and if your phone is still unable to find your tracker, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track. ![]()
