Fitbit on iPhone not counting steps after the latest update

After the latest update my Fitbit on my iPhone no longer keeps track of my daily steps when I'm not actually exercising.

I've checked Settings over and over again to see if there issomething turned off or something that I've missed

How can I get this to go back recording every step I take in the course of the day ?

Hello @Ewall, welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Do you have a Fitbit tracker linked to your account or are you using MobileTrack for iPhone? If you're using a tracker, I'd like to suggest restarting it to check if it starts counting steps again.

If you're using MobileTrack, please try the following:

  1. Logout from the Fitbit app,
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Log back in and check if your steps get updated.

Give it a try and if you need anythign else, feel free to reply! Smiley Wink
