Blaze sync issue with iOS version 10.2

So updated my blaze and its know has a relax feature - fantastic really looking forward to using it but it keeps saying I need to syn it to the app to get the exercises which I've done and it's not worked.. Updated my app on iPhone but hasn't made a diffrence

I am having similar issues. When I open the Fitbit app it closes after 1/2 a minute. When I tried the running exercise it says it wasn't synced to a device. What should I do?
