Units get changed when creating a pic of day stats.

When creating the pic of the days stats to save them it is changing from KM  to Miles but the number isn't changing. On my dashboard it's 5.12km for today but when trying to save this it changes to 5.12miles

any ideas?

Hello @KATEHH, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! 

 

It seems very odd that the stats are changing form Km. to Miles. It's possible the information is not updating correctly, which is why I would like to suggest the following:

 

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and in case the issue doesn't get resolved, please reply to me with a screenshot of the app so I can check this further.

I've done what it you but I hasn't changed. Not sure how to upload my screenshots though

I got the same issue with my fitbit. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it's still the same. 😔🤔
