My Blaze used to sync flawlessly with both my Ipad Air and Iphone 5s. My phone had an update for the Fitbit App and I updated, my Ipad auto updates any apps. Now my phone does not sync with the Blaze, instead it just says Looking for the longest time. On the ipad, once I start the app the blaze sync's with no problem what so ever.
I was able to get the Blaze to sync with the phone but had to do either a reset of the Blaze or remove it from the app and re-add it. Is there a bug in the new SW..

Hi @Josephv66, welcome!, it's great to have you on board the Community! It's always great to see you @Kmransom123!
@Josephv66. adding to what @Kmransom123 mentioned, it's possible to sync your tracker with both devices making sure to turn off the Bluetooth on one of them first. However, if you have enabled Notifications on your iPad, there's going to be a Bluetooth link that will prioritize that device to sync with your tracker, which explains why it's taking so long to sync with your phone.
Please go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPad and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. This will remove the bond without affecting the ability to sync with your device and will allow your tracker to sync with your phone as well. Additionally, please restart your Blaze once again by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else, please feel free to reply!

@Josephv66 The Fitbit can only sync with one device at a time. If you have been syncing to the iPad, you have to turn off bluetooth on the ipad for it to sync to your phone if they are both nearby. (The do opposite to sync back to iPad.)
