Blaze want sync

I have an iPhone 7 with ios 11.2.2. Before ios11 my blaze used to sync just perfectly with the phone but since update 11 whenever i open the Fitbit app, it says blaze cant sync because your iphone’s Bluetooth is off. However the Bluetooth is Actually on. I even tried to connect to blaze classic option but it didn’t help. Please help me fix it. Its been quiet some time since I haven’t syncd.

Sorry about your syncing issues, @Atulrauthan7. A good part of the problem - for Fitbit and for other apps - is that Apple keeps releasing different versions of IOS 10 and 11, forcing everyone else to play catch up as quickly as they can.

But, that said, I have a couple suggestions.

First, make sure you are on the latest updates for IOS and for the Fitbit app.

Then, remove your Blaze from the Fitbit app and delete the app. Go into your iPhone settings. Select Bluetooth and Forget the Surge.

Wait a few minutes then reinstall the Fitbit app and set up your Blaze. It will automatically ask you about pairing the Blaze to the iPhone's Bluetooth.

Hopefully, this will do the trick, getting all the updates in sync with the others. Please let us know if this works.
