Hi @JoZachary. What steps have you tried to troubleshoot this?
Please try the following:
-Restart phone
-Restart fitbit (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186)
-make sure you are not near any other bluetooth enabled devices. (if you are turn bluetooth off or walk away from them).
Try them each at a time or all at once. This helps me when I have issues syncing as well. The blue tooth and restarting the iPhone seems to work the most.

@JoZachary I find that when you have same devices liked to Bluetooth on multiple iOS devices they clash...probably a bug on Apple devices ...
i initially found this happen to my Bluetooth speakers I had synced .
