Without knowing if you where depending on the auto detect function and what type of workout or did you use the exercise shortcut to manually start and stop the tracking.
We only have tye symptoms, no history of the event in question

Hi @Koschkap,

Did you manually log your run or was your run detected by SmartTrack?

Also, is it possible that your run is broken up into segments?

Keep me posted!

@Koschkap your first post says  "syncing correctly work out 65mins only showed 13Mins", no mention of which method of tracking used.

  • Your second post seem to say the manual tracking was used. Are you sure you stopped it before doing a sync? This sync is not to the app, but through the app to the server, think of the app as a door that the data has to go through on its way to fitbit. Now Fotbit has to process the data, then the app can retrieve to display. Sometimes this processing can take a few minutes, have yo refreshed the page. Also check the event at fitbit.com/activities does it show the same as the app?

I go into Blaze to exercise on Blaze then treadmill start then stop when finished on Blaze showing 65mins then I sync over Bluetooth to fitbit app on sync it showing I have only been exercising for 13 mins is that any clearer. At the end of the day what it shows on Blaze after exercise then on sync is totally different
