Difficulty downloading app

Hi. When trying to download the app onto an iPad, it says iOS 8.0 or more is required and won't proceed. The iPad has the latest iOS update so should work but even after turning off and on then trying again, the same message is shown. Any advice? Thanks.

@RachelD16 welcome to the forums! It's great seeing new faces around. Cat Very Happy Hey, first please make sure that your iPad model is compatible with the Fitbit app by clicking here. If your iPad is, indeed, listed in the compatible devices, then please follow these instructions:

1. Open the App Store.
2. In the top-right search field, type "Fitbit."
3. If you do not see the Fitbit app in your search results, please tap "iPad Only" in the top menu bar and then tap "iPhone Only" from the dropdown menu; the Fitbit app should appear.
4. Tap "FREE" then "INSTALL" to install the Fitbit app.
