Hey, first please make sure that your iPad model is compatible with the Fitbit app by clicking here. If your iPad is, indeed, listed in the compatible devices, then please follow these instructions:
1. Open the App Store.
2. In the top-right search field, type "Fitbit."
3. If you do not see the Fitbit app in your search results, please tap "iPad Only" in the top menu bar and then tap "iPhone Only" from the dropdown menu; the Fitbit app should appear.
4. Tap "FREE" then "INSTALL" to install the Fitbit app.
