Bluetooth classic pair automatically turns off

I pair my Fitbit Blaze about once a day. On some days when I try to pair my Blaze with my iPhone I am unable to. On checking Blaze I see that Bluetooth Classic has automatically reset to 'off' even though I had left it at 'pair' the previous day. I have to turn it back to 'pair' and then reboot my watch for it to pair. This happens inconsistently and not every day. Has anyone experienced this?

Hi

Bluetooth Classic is used when wanting to control music on the phone. This isn't needed to be able to sync your tracker.

How do I use my tracker to control music?

Use your Blaze or Surge to control audio from your phone.

Feel free restarting the tracker:

Restart the tracker

Bluetooth clasic is indeed only used for music control on the Android and Windows phones.

With an Apple phone it is not used at all, and there is absolutely no reason to pair the Classic to an Apple phone.

Apples music is controlled through the standard trackers Bluetooth

Now if the Blaze was initially setup through an iPhone the Classic option should have been disabled
