My new Charge 3 will NOT stay synched to my iPhone. I had no issues with my charge 2 and the same phone, but my new Charge 3 drops connections constantly. I have yet to receive even 1 text as every time I check it is no longer connected to Bluetooth. I have tried all steps and am incredibly frustrated. Is the only solution returning to the store??
Fitbit needs to help!

Thanks for your post and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me when was the first time you experienced this connection difficulties? Which iPhone are you using? Does this connection issue affects syncing or is only the bond for the notifications feature the one that's being affected? Do you connect any other Bluetooth device that can cause interference?
In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
