Alta HR and iPhone 6s Plus with all latest updates installed.

Bluetooth connection keeps disappearing. I have tried turning Bluetooth off and on. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. I have removed the Alta HR and re-connected it but nothing works. Am seriously considering returning the Fitbit and getting a refund as it is not doing what it’s supposed to
