If you go to you blaze and swipe the face of your watch to the left you will get to setting. Once there scroll down until you get to shutdown. Tap on shutdown and your blaze will turn off. As for your Bluetooth on your phone is it turned on? If it is turned on you might try powering down your iPhone and restarting it. If that does not work I would uninstall your Fitbit app from your phone and go to Apple Store to reinstall your app. Hopefully something will help. Good luck
