Bluetooth isn't picking up blaze on iPhone 7

My Bluetooth isn't picking up my blaze on my iPhone 7 and I am having trouble to turn it off it will not turn off

If you go to you blaze and swipe the face of your watch to the left you will get to setting. Once there scroll down until you get to shutdown. Tap on shutdown and your blaze will turn off. As for your Bluetooth on your phone is it turned on? If it is turned on you might try powering down your iPhone and restarting it. If that does not work I would uninstall your Fitbit app from your phone and go to Apple Store to reinstall your app. Hopefully something will help. Good luck

When you say your Bluetooth isn't picking it uo, what do you mean? 

When setting up a tracker, or syncing you do not do it through the phones BT screen, you must use the app.
