Not syncing to my iPhone

I'm not getting my Alta to sync with my iPhone right now. I'm able to see the info in the device but it's hard to view outside in the sun. My iPhone (in my hand) is near the Fitbit so that's not the issue. Is this working with the latest iOS update? I've always been able to see the info in my iPhone before.

I updated to iOS 10 and haven't been able to sync with my Charge HR since. I've tried alllll the usual things. Updates, resetting, deleting the app, blahblahblah. Absolutely nothing works. My wrist says I've done 4,000 steps (slow day) and my account (reached via laptop since my app crashes constantly) says 1,000. I'm beyond frustrated.

@demarya, if you install iOS 10 you will need to update your Fitbit app to version 2.27. From your iPhone uninstall and reinstall to version 2.27. You probably have version 2.26.1
