Every time I open the Fitbit app I get a message that “Bluetooth pairing failed.” I goIn to settings and “forget” theConnection then reconnect like it said to but as soon as it syncs again I get the same error. It seems to sync everything anyway but I’m not getting my text messages to pop up on my versa. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Yup. In my kids Ace 2. The device hasn’t been discoverable for about a week. The Fitbit app keeps saying “No device found” even after trying all the usual troubleshooting steps.

I have the same problem on a Versa syncing through an iPhone 11 Plus, iOS 13.3.?. But I don't think it actually loses pairing because the watch syncs correctly either just before or just after getting the message.
Fitbit - are you listening? It behaves like a problem with your app and not with Bluetooth on iPhone.

I am also experiencing the exact same thing with my Versa syncing to my iPhone XR. It seemed to have started after the Versa 2 came out and there was an app update and now I have been dealing with this for months! I figured the bug fix would be in one of the next updates but it hasn’t changed. I get the message, Bluetooth pairing failed daily. Phone calls and notifications will sync temporarily and I find myself having to “forget device and pair” on a daily basis. Although steps, heart rate, sleep, clock face and those type of things will sync regardless. Getting frustrated....

Yup, sounds like the exact same thing! I called Fitbit and they basically walked me through doing that exact process which worked for about long enough for me to hang up with them. I called back a few days later and told them it was still unpairing. My versa was over a year old so it was out of the warranty period but they did offer me a link for 25% off a new one so I got a Versa lite. It does almost everything the versa did
except flights but I didn’t really need that. The versa 2 has Alexa which I did not want.
anyway, it’s worth a call to customer service! I also bought the 1 year protection plan on this one!
