Found the solution!  I got on Live Chat w/a FitBit agent, who solved my problem.  Here's the chat:  Agent Paola:  First, plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge. Your Charge will begin charging. Now, press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30") Me: ok it says V110 Paola W.: Now please let go of the button Paola W.: And unplug your tracker from the charging cable  Me: did that  Paola W.: Alright, your Charge should now work normally. (it did)

How are you trying to connect? Fitbits are unusual in that the connection has to be made via the fitbit app rather than the phone's bluetooth settings.

I went onto my settings and I noticed my charge was not connected for some reason so I tried to connect and it was unsuccessful, when I tried to sync through my fitbit account on my phone it just states looking. Is there some where else I need to go? I'm not good at this stuff😊

I'm having exactly the same problem!  My Charge has been syncing just fine ever since I received it at Christmas, but both yesterday and today it refuses to sync; its data doesn't appear either on my iphone5s nor on my fitbit.com account; the fitbit app on my iphone just keeps saying "looking...."  even though bluetooth is connected, my fitbit is fully charged and in range.  What to do???
