Body Fat % not showing on Fit Bit App or Dashboard

I have a Charge 5 and an Aria 2 set of scales.

 

The Aria shows me my Body Fat % when I get off of it but for some reason this is not transferring to the fitbit app or dashboard where it just says hidden.

 

I previously had a Charge 3 and it used to record Body Fat on the app - so what has changed and how can I set it up to do so?

Does your weight show on app?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes it does - that seems to work fine it just shows -- where body fat should be.

 

When I look at the Aria on the dashboard it says Hidden under body fat but doesn't have an unhide option.

Sorry but I'm no help on this one.  Hopefully someone else will jump in.

I'm not using Charge 5 but wouldn't think that would not be the issue; I don't recall seeing this problem before.  And I don't know of any setting to hide body fat, though I have seen requests to be able hide weight.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
