Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @DanF_01. Distance and pace are not initially shown for "Workout" annotations created when using SmartTrack in your Fitbit Charge 2. In order to see distance and pace, the workout must be recategorized to an ambulatory type of exercise, for instance walk or run. This can be done on both Fitbit.com > Log > Activities:
And when using the Fitbit app select Track your exercise > tap the exercise you would like to edit > tap the pencil up on the right side corner and finally categorize the exercise:
This change to distance was made because pace and distance isn't relevant for all workouts, for instance yoga or tennis. We want to show all users a common set of stats that would be appropriate for any type of workout.
