Brand New Alta wont show notifications

Hello

I just bought a new Fitbit Alta and after pairing with my phone I havent been able to get any notifications show up on the band. No texts, calls or calendar notifications.

 

iOS 9.3

iPhone 6S

Fitbit app version 21.35.8

 

  1. I have restarted the band by plugging it in the usb cable and restarting it (by tapping the USB button 3 times while plugged into the computer).
  2. Unpaird from bluetooth
  3. Deleted the Fitbit app from the phone
  4. Reinstalled Fitbit app to phone
  5. Paired to bluetooth again on the phone
  6. All notifications are turned on in the Fitbit app

 Notifications are still not showing up. This is a brand new device and this experience is quite disappointing.

@af1020 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'd recommend following all of the troubleshooting steps for notifications for iOS devices. Check all of the tips and requirements and if that doesn't work, continue with the troubleshooting steps.
